  Service **** is a joke. The $99 forever warranty inspection became $953.33. They didnt even fix anything! They just make up whatever pricing they want. There is no itemized receipt. ******** turn over so no one knows what is actually happening.

  Service used to be great, since they sold to new owners. Service *****. My forever warranty used to be $99.00, when I called to schedule my warranty inspection they told me the rate had went to $175.00. I dropped it off on 5/11. I told them the furnace would not light. They said it would be checked. They would call me when it was ready. I called on 5/13 since I was going to pick it up. They said it was ready. When I got the **** helped me since my advisor was busy. **** charged me $325.00. I didn't pay attention. When I got home my wife told me they gave me someone else's receipts. I called on 5/15 and explained The fella that answered the phone told my advisor what happened. I was ask to come back and they would fix it in person. When I went back on 5/19 my advisor said have ***************** with since he billed me. **** said I am not doing it, because he's your customer and you stole my paperwork. I said that is not true ****, you did this you billed me out and overcharged me. So, ***** looked at it and said you were billed the right amount he just gave you the wrong paperwork. He said the inspection was $210.00 and half an hour labor at $105.00 for the furnace. I told them since I was given the wrong information I would like a discount for the inconvenience. A fella in the office poked his head and your the one that wanted to come out for the paperwork. I told him that was a lie. He told me to come out. The forever warranty used to clean out the furnace and verify it worked, apparently nit anymore. I am very disappointed with the service department at ********** Blue Dog Rv center.

  I have no idea how this POS company is still in business. After 3 months waiting on warranty repairs on a brand new 85K TT, the dip s**** at the service counter told me Ill have to call the manufacturer myself to get an hours labor and a handful of rivets approved. I did just that, and the manufacturer referred me to Click It RV for future work. Absolute asshats. DO NOT BUY FROM BLUE DOG

  Not sure how this location is still in business and surprised ************ is still contracting with them to sell their rigs. They are a nightmare to deal with. Dishonest and an overall lack of customer service, care, and ************** all about the money and not about the customer. Two years in a row, my trailer has sat there for months for the same issue and two years in a row, we have been given the run around. They change stories and prices. My fridge on my trailer has been no functioning since a few months after purchase - yet even with all the warranties I purchased, its going to cost me thousands to have the doors fixed and no one seems to be able to find the doors to do it. The changeover in staff is a big part of the problem. Do yourself a favor and dont buy from Blue Dog.

  Horrible service department. My RV has been at Blue Dog RV since November 2022. Excuse after excuse why things aren't finished. All different BTW. All conversations start with I'm sorry. Everyone has been well trained on that script! I've been told RV ready and drive two hours to pick up and things still not repaired. What the heck! This is a brand new 2023 RV!!!! This is warranty work. They are paid by the manufacturer. Same stories as other complaints. No follow through. No return phone calls. No emails that are promised. And they don't care. Today I called the service manager out in a lie. I've been patient enough. He told me if I didn't like it and I wanted to argue come get my RV today. I guess when you question what he told you one sentence before, and then he changes it, it's arguing. Well this ARGURER IS NOT GOING TO JUST BEND OVER! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! FOR ANY REASON! Going to check with government regulators to see if there is anything that can be done about this place. It seems it's the whole BLUE DOG RV organization that is this way. Poor Management. They are in defense mode instead of service mode. F rating is not low enough. Should have read BBB reviews before going their in the first place.

  This is one of the most unethical, dishonest organizations you can deal with. Please read the reviews as they are exceptionally accurate and the norm! They do not care after your purchase has been made. I personally purchased a new RV that was either intentionally or recklessly damaged by their service department and they refuse to restore the coach to its new condition. I also suspect they have siphoned/stolen parts from my RV to repair others.

  We purchased a highland ridge TT in Nov. 2022. Was told the options we wanted were on a trailer that was rerouted to *******. When we arrived it didnt have one option that we wanted. The build sheet was wrong. They said it would be six weeks to get theater seats here and they would install and do protective coating at that time. We were told that we should not have anything inside because of fogging on inside. Here it is March 8th and no seats. We have been run around and no recourse. We have not been kept apprised of the situation at all. Very disappointed in the dealership and *****.

  Clearly, I needed to read the reviews before we shopped. We have had the same kind of complaints from most of the reviews I have read, especially with the repair department. Looking for trailer was great, buying the trailer was okay. The lack of communication when we were picking up the trailer, as far as what the next steps were, not so good. But those things are minor. We have been trying to get things fixed from our walk through back in February 2022. We have been getting nothing but the run around since then, and still are as of this post. I could go on, but they really just dont seem to care. I cant wait to get these last two thing finished and be done with Blue Dog RV, *******/********.

  Blue Dog RV of ******* should be avoided. I have nothing good to report about this business. Its been one bad experience after another. The service department evidently does not understand the meaning of that designation. I will take my warranty and service business somewhere that does. Somewhere that places value on customer satisfaction. No evidence of that here.

  Horrible service, every excuse in the book that they use as to why they can't repair our trailer. Disgusting business, no faith in them, and now we are filing with the ****** Attorney General.
