      On 12-31-2024 i ordered a shed kit. The order number was#*****. It was scheduled to be delivered in about a week. 2 weeks passed and no item was ever shipped and after several non responded emails and phone calls, i cancelled the order on 1-13-2025. A few more days passed with no contact from the company. After a few more e mails, i received a response on 1-28-2025 that my order was cancelled and a refund was coming in the next 5-7 days. I still have not received any refund and more phone calls and emails have gone unanswered. I emailed them one last time on 2-18-2025 in forming them of my intent to file with the BBB if i did not receive at least a phone call or email. I have heard nothing. By far the worst customer service for a company i have ever dealt with. I have records of all emails and calls between myself and them.

      Hello -

      In checking, it appears the customer cancelled their order and it was missed to refund. The order was cancelled, but the refund was not processed as is customary. The customer has been refunded now. Please close this dipute.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      As of April 6, 2025, I have received no refund and after multiple attempts to contact this business through phone and email, not one person has reached out to me directly.  There are several reviews online of others who never received their products, so Im sure this is not a one time incident.  Again, no refund was ever received.

      Hello -

      This order was refunded through a credit by the card company itself. A dispute with the card company was filed. Once it is filed, we are unable to refund from our end. We apologize from that. 

      We have been slightly back logged as we moved in to our new facility and we also apologize for that as well, but all orders have been shipped out and continue to ship out on a timely fashion as we are back on track with our normal shipping times in our new building.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      This company has lied repeatedly about sending the items I purchased.  They say it was a miscommunication but they took my money, never shipped the items, then refused to return the money.  They should be put in prison for theft.
