    I am FLOORED and EXTREMELY UPSET by this company - to the point where it feels like I'm working with a totally different team of staff!! Everything before the wedding was great - the initial consultation was informative and really sparked excitement, the web portal was easy to use, and the day of, our two videographers were awesome. The package was a bit on the pricey side BUT we thought we were paying for quality so we sucked it up and found a way to make it work.Now that the wedding is done, we are seeing the dark side of this coin. Communication has pretty much run dry. Now they are saying it's going to *********** MONTHS to get ANYTHING at all back. I could understand it taking that long for a 60 minute feature film - BUT NOT FOR A 60 SECOND INSTAGRAM VIDEO. Turns out, they don't stagger the release process, but send you everything all at once. This was not at all explained in the consultation meeting or even by the film staff on site - we were told 8 - 10 weeks!!!To make things worse, when I finally took the initiative to call and inquire about everything - the person I talked to on the phone couldn't care less. She showed no concern, and offered nothing to help - she didn't even try to make me feel better. She kept the same monotone voice the entire time and just kept repeating the same sentence: "I'm sorry, there's really nothing I can do to change anything." - I could tell that she's had to deal with this same phone call so much, she's become desensitized to it!!! She even went for long periods of time just simply not responding to my questions. I ended the phone call and burst into tears. What a disaster.Long story short - don't even THINK about using this company!!!! The cons FAR outweigh the benefits and I have so many regrets right now.
