      We used Sprinklers Northwest to complete our backyard after buying a new build because the builder had used them to do the front yard and had to use them if we wanted to keep the warranty on the sprinkler system. As it turns out, it wasnt worth it because it is like pulling teeth to get them to do a service call. We called when we first noticed our issue and were given troubleshooting steps rather than them sending anyone. We called again when the issue persisted and the runaround began. We were told they would send someone next time they were going to have someone in the area. After a couple of weeks, still no service, and our issue getting worse, we called again and were told someone would come the following week. They didnt. Now a month into our issue, unable to run our sprinkler system, several more calls with a more assertive tone were required to even get somebody scheduled to make a service visit. Day of scheduled appointment, nobody came. Yet another call and we finally got somebody to come fix our issue after 5 weeks of not being able to use our system. Some warranty. Horrible customer service. Completely unreliable.

      Horrible customer service and workmanship. Does not answer their phone, owner of the company is late to appointments. Home builder that built our house used them and they were coming out over a year after we moved in fixing their work over and over.
