    Heads up folks, this company is a serious scam. Same experience as C.R.'s. The day after receiving a notice in the mail about needing to arrange delivery, I received a call from an employee stating that they were out of stock at the local warehouse, but had it neighboring states, but would take too long to get it acriss state lines etc. blah, blah, blah. To add insult to injury, I was offered a piece of plastic to lay to lay down with unfaced insulation in lieu of the paper backed insulation I ordered. Seriously?? The person then went on to tell me they supply ALL the BIG BOX stores in the area. and to try another distrubutor/wholesaler in the area, and that they would text me the information for that business. So far no text and no refund pending with my *********** Calling them asap to report it.

    Everything mentioned in the previous review is accurate and appears to be the pattern of business for Blue Seal. They appear to oversell and if you are not near their warehouse they conveniently seem to fill orders to those closer, or "give you a coupon" to pick up your order, for your benefit of course and not to save the delivery fee which, by a review of many other online feedback reviews, is not compensated. My order was cancelled the day after placing my first call, which was going to lead to a second call when Blue Seal managed to find some ducks, organize the ducks, name the ducks, feed the ducks, rearrange the ducks and then look up "row" in the dictionary. If they have a logistics department, they are not talking to anyone else in the organization. My purchase was refunded and then magically, when I tried to resubmit the order, there was no stock available. This is a poorly run organization that appears to have a monopoly agreement with the big online seller everyone knows. I agree with the previous post; avoid them and buy at the big box, save yourself a lot of grief and delay. This is not an honest merchant.

    We have been in business for 13 years and have EVERY insulation distribution chain at our disposal to fill every possible order. We push every order through if possible even if we lose money on Amazon. If a 3rd party fails to ship in time or shows dates past the required time we reach out to the customer by any means possible to let them know their options, pick up with a 100$ plus discount, or an alternative product that could arrive sooner. So sorry we couldnt meet your expectations, we definitely want your business! I hope you found the material for your project and like you said, we refunded to purchase by other means.
