    they claim to have run diagnostics on my car and nothing came back. they kept it overnight to run tests and nothing came up. charged me $170 to run test and fix nothing on the car. the next week same problem happened with my car. took it to gas monkey and they found the problem in a matter of minutes. went to car shop with my proof the alternator was bad and they would not refund me for the tests they ran. they would not admit there mistake or even apologize for the charge of so much money when nothing was performed or fixed on the ******* i am a struggling college student and not giving me a refund when they did not fix my car is ridiculous. bad business would not recommend

    Hello ******, I'm sorry that you felt like you weren't taken care of or that we don't care. We do care very much about our customers and we take pride in our service and expertise. That is why we went above the normal testing time and effort and tested your alternator 6 times after driving it and letting it run, with the rest of the charging system. We like to double check everything we do, because we know electrical issues can be very intermittent. We can't recommend a repair on a part if the part isn't currently failing. We were concerned that it might act up after it left our shop and expressed that concern to you when you picked up your car.  You did drive your car for a week before it acted up again. which shows ** that the alternator was testing good for the week you drove it before it acted up again You are very welcome to come back in and we can do the tests again for free, like we had previously offered when you came back in. I also would recommended looking into the bad alternator connector we had informed you about. We also included that free 55 point health inspection with the charging system test.  I thought we where clear with you on these issues but, we must not have not communicated it as well as I had thought, and am sorry about that.  . I'd love to reach out to you to get this resolved.
