    My daughter went in for blond highlights. She was told by *******************, who works as a sub-contractor at Graffiti, that it would cost starting at $103. She showed pictures of what she wanted her hair to look like and then her hair was bleached (the ENTIRE head) the same color as the lightest shade of the picture she had shown the stylist. No one who asks for highlights wants their whole head the same color. She paid $240 including a tip for her hair being butchered. Not only was she overcharged, but the shocking color of her hair wasn't fully realized until she got home and saw the back of her head. She immediately contacted the stylist who said that she could pay more (around $85) and come in to fix it. Having no experience with unprofessional businesses my daughter asked me to step in contacting Graffiti. I called as soon as they opened and ******** told me it was their policy to have the customer 100% satisfied, but the owner said she would not take care of the problem because my daughter initially said she liked the color--she just hadn't had the chance to see her whole head yet. Graffiti is not a reputable business because it allows contractors to switch and bait the price of treatments, and it does not truly stand behind shoddy workmanship. In any business the contractor is ultimately responsible for its subs. DON"T take a chance with this place. They should get zero stars, but it wouldn't take the review.
