    I would like to file a complaint against Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning 3851 E ***************, ID ******* was misdiagnosed and overcharged for services I did not need with my sewer in July 2024 they had a new technician who came into my home, from Advance ************************** conditioning, he came out due to a clogged toilet. He unclogged the toilet and just said I needed a new toilet since he thought it was not flushing properly, and that the water heater needed to be replaced. (He charged me $4500 for a new water heater and toilet.)On August 11, 2024, I called Advanced Heating again, they came out a second time and said the new technician misdiagnosed my sewer problem, and I would need to fix a broken sewer line which they wanted to charge me an additional extra $6,000.00 to fix the sewer line. I was told by the inspector and Advanced Heating and Air conditioning, and other plumbers I got quotes from. I was overcharged for the toilet and water heater insulation, estimated of $4,500 overcharged by ******** and that since I was given the wrong diagnosis and service and advice from the new technician from Advance Heating and Air conditioning, that they should give me a refund of $2,000 or put it to fixing the broken sewer line.Not once did Advanced Heating call me back to either fix the broken sewer line or refund the $******** which has caused other damaged to my basement bathroom. I would like to request a full refund of $******** from Advanced Heating and Air-conditioning.Sincerely, ******* ******,************
