    *************************** said he could asphalt my driveway for *****. He said he could also fix the slope. And drop the culvert a foot which he did. However the chip and seal he put down was worth at the most 1000 and was NOT black top as desired. He did not put down asphalt or blacktop. He is not licensed in ****. He would not return any calls or text until a week later when he saw my review. He has been charged for this same theft in ****** and under other company names. He called me after I gave him a bad review and tried to blame me for the "miscommunication " and begged me to take down the review. He thinks he can manipulate or guilt people into accepting being scammed.
