    On 7/31/24 I ordered a cardiac science Power heart AED G3 Plus batter from TAC 1 Systems. They charged me ******. On several occasions I have reached out in regards to the shipment. Not only have I not received my order but they refuse to reply back via phone or email. After reading some reviews this seems to be par for the course.

    Customer has both his money returned as well as received the product which I am not asking him to return or pay for. It is true, there was a lack of communication as I was out with an emergency and the battery that he ordered was backordered at the time the order was placed.

    On 08/22/24 Customer initiated a chargeback on the transaction and he was credited the $275.00 that he spent.

    On 08/23/24, the next day, his battery that had been in transit delivered to him.

    I have neither disputed his chargeback nor asked him to pay for or return the battery that he has received.

    Also, attached is a notification of the chargeback that I received.

    All that being said, please close the complaint as customer has both his money and the product that he ordered.

    I am rejecting this response because: Yes, I did receive the battery and yes, we did dispute the charge on 8/19/24, but on 8/26/24 The charge was then processed and TAC 1 received the ******. Her claim that we received the battery for free is not accurate. Please see attachment. You are welcome to close the claim but wanted to clarify.
