      Absolutely terrible customer service by their service department *** *****. So my car broke down when they were closed, so i left it out front and called them in the morning asked them too read the codes and call me back give me a quote and what they were gonna do because I was talking about you guys other shops also. I ended up calling them back 2 days after drop off and they tell me they started working on it without speaking to me. And also they cant fix it and I have a 220 dollar bill. Ridiculous way to do business. My grandpa said they did just about the same thing to him expect they misdiagnosed it also. I spent 2 days speaking with boss and manager and not a single one cared they are running a business poorly.
