      Emailed customer service multiple times with no response about defective product. Called customer service recording states due to Covid 19 only taking emails.

      I bought 2 of their 223 OTF knives...both clogged up within 2 weeks (after no more than 20 openings)...rubber coating is wearing off, blade comes dull (despite claims to the contrary)...this thing weighs a TON and if you send it in for service they will lose it, say they sent it to you, eventually find it and then claim you are the problem (2 months total and at least 20 emails!!)....when there are SO many quality knife folks out there places like this are a waste of time (you also cant find any actual corporate info about any of the MANY names they operate under...I wonder why!)
