    In June 21,2022 I paid $6000 to this company to install a heating and air unit. After install I have had nothing but problems from this unit. I has a horrible smell that has put me in the hospital several times. The unit never s**** off. In the winter when the unit is set at 73 degrees the emergency stays on. My power bill is $197 for each month to heat a 600sq foot house. I have called the company and written letters and text messages to the owner and his son begging for the repair of this unit. I only got 1 response when they sent out a tec to look at the unit in November 2022 where I was told that since the filter screen was dirty (which I clean once a month) that was the issue. I was told by the tec this is a terrible unit and will never work correctly. I am disabled senior living with a unit that continues to make me sick. There is a greasy, slimy substance that is leaking out of the air vent. I need this to be repaired or replaced. I am not getting anywhere with this company. Please help.

    The owner called me. He said there is nothing wrong with the unit. He treated me like I was stupid. He said over the phone there is no way this unit could be leaking oil etc. I have not heard back as to if they will send someone out to replace the unit.

    I have not heard anything on the set of the the replacement of this ac. I am not doing well health wise do to a non working system.

    The owner showed up without notice on 9/13/23.

    At which time looked for a few minutes at the unit without an inspection and proceeded to tell myself and friend that he won't do anything to replace the unit.
