    I am rejecting this response because: 

    **************** is adept at lying in written form.  My husband never stated he "didn't have the time" to return our vehicle to their shop.  We were stranded out close to ******,and had to get our vehicle to the closest shop. Being forced to find a shop while stranded in the middle of nowhere with your kids is not the same as "not having the time." The shop that fixed the issue was the one who found the serpentine belt inside the power steering pump,and were the ones that diagnosed the serpentine belt had destroyed the power steering pump.  It was the shop that fixed our car that did the research and notified us that the wrong alternator was put in. ******************** shop put in the wrong alternator, which caused an aftershock of repairs due to his shop's negligence.  I do not expect any decency or truth from ****************, since he blatantly lied in his response to this complaint, and hung up on my husband, which of course he neglected to mention in his response to our complaint. Ordinary ********** residents and the well-being of their vehicles are of no concern for him, since apparently he has quite a lucrative racket going with ISP, ***** Power, and others.  

    We wish to proceed no further with this complaint, since **************** has decided to behave not only with dishonesty but disrepect.  We will not be doing any further business with his shop, and will be sure to spread the word so others do not have to suffer as well.

    ** in **********, that they had 3 of my alternators in stock, and were shocked that ************* had one, charged me for freight, and two, even got one from ***** in the first place. I called ************* and was denied talking to the manager, transferred to service tech instead. I emailed ************* and never received a response.
