Magic Valley Application Repair has been nothing but a huge disappointment. Their communication was beyond subpar. About a year ago I purchased a coffee shop, the expresso machine needed work so I call MVA to help me fix the problem. They did come out the first time, cleaned the machine, took some parts off and said we will order them and get you all fixed up. About 2 months later I called and asked if the parts were in? The lady in the office told me they finally arrived, that they had been on back orderso we scheduled a time and date to come complete the repairs. The day came and they failed to showed up or called. This happened several time over about 8 months. I was in no real hurry so I did let it slide and I was very understanding. There was always an excuse, most of the time being a Fridge or freezer had gone out for another client. I understand things come up. Fast forward to 3 weeks ago, I sold the business and really needed the parts installed. The lady in the office stated the parts were in the service van but could not be located, they would find them and call to schedule an appointment. After a week , I had never received a call from them so I repeatedly called them asking to schedule an appointment. Finally, I was scheduled on Thursday, I waited and again they never showed up. I called her everyday and she would always have an excuse and a promise to be there the next day. I asked many times, are you sure you will be there? She said absolutely! After 3 no shows I went into the office and just asked for the parts so I could put them in myself. She told me they where in the van so she couldnt give them to me but rescheduled and made yet another promise. The day before my closing, I called and asked for the parts so I could install them myself, the excuse this time was They had been installed in another coffee shops machine. What?? How could that even have happened? I was more than understanding after every excuse but this was the last straw.

On March 14, 2022 I recieved a call from ************************* asking if we could take a look at a cappuccino machine that she had. It was not working, she had just purchased it and wanted to start a coffee shop. I set up an appointment for March 21st at approximately 2pm. The tech showed up and waited for a half hour, ***** did not show up. She called me on March 22nd to say that she was delayed and could not make it and was sorry. We set up another appointment on March 24th at the same time. The tech went out and assesed the machine. It was completely plugged due to not being cleaned and having no water filter. Some gaskets needed to be replaced, as they were hard from not being used. The tech made a follow up appointment with ***** to clean the machine on March 29th at 10am. Parts were ordered for the machine on this day. Our tech showed up on March 29th and waited for a half hour, again ***** did not show up and the tech left. Another appointment was made on April 4th and the tech spent three and a half hours cleaning the machine. ***** was told that the parts were ordered and on back order. Due to the age of her machine, they were not readily available. We would contact her when the parts had shipped. ***** called our office on May 2nd to inform us that she had decided to go a different route and to forget about fixing the machine, as they were going to use the building to open a laundromat. I recieved another call from ***** on March 2nd asking about the parts. She said that She was selling the business and needed the machine fixed as part of the sale. I lloked at other places to order the parts from. I found one that said they had the part in stock and ordered it. 5the part was supposed to be here on March 19th. My boss came in the office and said the part for the cappuccino machine came in. I called ***** and told her that we finally got the part. We set up an appointment. My tech did not make that appointment because we had a freezer down at another business and had to get that running again. Then I found out that the parts that came in were for an Astro cappuccino machine that belongs to another customer. They were not for *****'s machine at all. I called and told her that the part that arrived was for another customer and her part was still not here. as of this date, her part has still not arrived.
