    On July 10th Magic Electric and Plumbing came out to replace our hot water heater. They did fine on that job then we noticed the water pressure on the sink faucet was very low. Instead of trying to repair it, the installer **** immediately began trying to upsell us on a complete pipe replacement which costs $8,000. When we told him we could not afford that, he tried to sell us on a complete faucet replacement which costs $900. They pressured us to make a decision before we had time to think about and evaded every question I asked about why the faucet replacement was so expensive. When he installed it it took him less than an hour and he still evaded my questions on what exactly I was paying for. I called and asked again for an itemized list to what cost so much money and was told I would be called back but I was never called back and now there are other issues that have appeared. The installer did not notice the hole in our drain pipe and now our hot water does not work. I feel taken advantage of and now have all these additional problems that cost more money.

It looks like he called you on 8/30/23 and we will be back out on 9/7/23 to address this issue and fix any plumbing problems that our team may have caused. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience.     I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. **** came out today and fixed everything and made things right.
