    I was going to use this staffing agency and my wife was also going to use them. They discriminated her weight and told them no jobs would be available for her. I also had a interview with a company and ***** told me they cancelled. I asked her about the situation and was threatened to be deactivated. I was treated like garbage and these individuals practice abusive behaviors towards the public. I also contacted the district manager in ***** and he told me he would immediately contact the district manager for my area and it never happened. I have been trying to connect with the owner but have been unsuccessful.

    ************** came to our office on 03/16/23 looking for work and we had a position that matched his qualifications, therefore we set up an interview with our customer for 03/23/2022.  Our customer reached out to us on 03/22/2022 stating that there was no longer a need for a worker and therefore would like to cancel the interview, we then reached out to ************** to let him know and he was very upset about this and demanded to know who the customer is.  We explained to ************** that he would have been an employee of Gem State Staffing and not of the company we were trying to send him to; and for that reason and many others including privacy and business proprietary reasons we don't disclose the names of our customers. He still somehow felt entitled to that information and became very irate and belligerent. He made several hostile remarks at one of our internal representatives and made her feel unsafe, at which point I made the decision to ask him to leave. Because of his unacceptable behavior management decided to not to continue to consider him for other work, which was relayed to him. We are well within our rights to not hire hostile/belligerent individuals, and still maintain our decision to not move forward with ***************
