      Business Response

      Date: 05/02/2024

I looked into this to see about *************************** claims and found; He applied on Oct. 20th, 2023 online as a general application. We sent him the onboarding Docs on that same day that includes WorkSteer employee agreement, I9, & W4. We never heard back from him nor did we receive the onboarding documents back.

On March 22, 2024 at 3pm *************************** was trying to follow up with him at ************, the phone number he provided in his online application. He didn't answer the call so he left him a message- called to see if still looking for work and then he was moved to incomplete status until we heard back from him.

On April 4, 2024 at 1:45 ************************* noted that ******* called us back, told us he has a job but doesn't get enough hours from current job. As **** was about to schedule him for an interview he got irritated with him about us not having his resume he supposedly had sent to us a month ago he claimed. He didn't want to resend it to us and told us to find it. We looked and couldn't locate it, but **** told him that when he came in for an interview we could resolve the missing Resume at that time. ******* started cursing and saying inappropriate things to ****. **** wished him the best going forward but told him WorkSteer wouldn't be able to assist him going forward.

While WorkSteer allows people to apply online, it is our policy to have a sit down formal interview with every person we employ. We never disclose details of the jobs we have until we have qualified a person for that job. In this case, ******* was sent the onboarding documents- WorkSteer employee agreement, I9, W4 on 10-20-23 in which he never sent back to us. When we made efforts to schedule him for his interview at our office he started cursing and saying inappropriate things to our staff member so we never did an interview with him. In the interview we would have requested two forms of identification to complete his I9, We have an interview form that we would've completed with him that helps us qualify them for jobs we have that might fit his qualifications, and then we would've made job offers to him to see if we had any that interested him.

What *************************** is claiming is a flat out lie and a fraudulent claim. It's very unfortunate that he didn't give us the opportunity to assist him in his employment needs. We work very hard to obtain the customers we have that provide us with various jobs we offer. We don't discuss these jobs until we make sure an applicant is qualified for the job. We wouldn't be a good business or in business if we told our job information prior to qualifying people; as they would try and go directly to our customers themselves.
