      I paid a small fee for a trial subscription, during this time the Times News owned by ***************** had numereous tech issues including a data breach and down time. I have tried to block the high number of emails and un-subscribe. The renewal was supposed to be March 30th however they charged by debit card on March 28th with no notice or email before or after robbing me of $19.99.The product (newspaper online) is not worth $1 let alone $19.99 I sent a complaint to them through their website with no response. I have initiated a complaint with my bank but would like to make this complaint to help others who have been swindled by this un-scruplious company

      We processed a refund for $19.99, please allow 2-4 weeks to be completed. If the bank disputes the charge prior to the refund to being issued, no refund will be sent.

       

      ********** signed up online for the $1/13 wk promotional rate, which renews at $19.99 per the terms and conditions upon sign up. His email address has been unsubscribed him from all newsletters.

       

      The account was cancelled through his online request.
