    Pergola buckled under snow load 1/23. Spoke to **** and receptionist many times. Said I was on the list, it was all guaranteed, no cost to me. NOTHING has been done - he has been here 2 times and seen the needed work. Very nice guy but no repair has been done.

    Today 12/4 Patio Covers of Idaho came to my house and replaced the failed beam. All is good and the repair is completed. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
