      When attempting to open their website, it immediately says that my account was suspended due to nonpayment. I owe this company no money in-fact I have already paid their extreme fees. The reason I wanted to log on the the website to see if I could get my prescription for glasses

      Our Patient ***************************** has did come in and see us for eye exam and eyewear twice now. This is the first time I have even heard of this issue.  She is paid in full. We have never sent her a statement or asked for payment. I don't know why she contact us to ask us about some outstanding balance. I see she  saw this on a web site that stated that it was shut down ?? We do not bill our patients from a website. ****** does not have a balance owing. She may have come across some sort of a scam. I will be calling her to talk to her. Please let me know if you need anything else  from me.

      I contacted ***************************** She was informed that she has a zero balance to **. She stated that she probably should have contacted us first. This is the first time I have ever heard of this. We have never put a freeze on accounts with out contacting them in person  to try to collect the money owed if that were the case. I feel that she may have some how got into a different site, hopefully not a scam. I also checked out our ******** and Web site everything looks fine. I feel that ****** some how landed on a different site other than ours. We are having our website rebuilt that started  Monday Jan. 22 2024.  Please contact me if you would like any more information. Thank you for helping us straighten this out  *****.
