    When I scheduled my appointment with ********** paid the deposit and then paid upfront for my tattoo. I booked my tattoo 2(almost 3) months in advance. The day of my tattoo **** messaged me 14 minutes before my appointment proceeding to tell me unfortunately he just found out he had a hearing and wouldnt be able to make my appointment time. He told me he would let me know as soon as he was done. I was booked from 9- (about 2/3) in the afternoon from what **** had discussed with me in December. A full day appointment (4/5 hours). When I hadnt heard from **** by 11:45 am I decided to stop waiting for him and return home. **** messaged me at 12 stating he would be getting lunch and let me know when he was available to meet at the shop. At this time I asked if I could get my prepayment refunded and I wanted to rebook with my already paid deposit for October when I had time available. At this point **** began arguing back and forth with me. Asking to call at X time and then never calling. At midnight that night **** sent me an aggressive and angry message stating he didnt owe me a refund and called me several names. He then also admitted that he actually had been tattooing during the whole day which is why he was unable to call me during the day. To summarize; **** is a scam artist who takes advantage of those who pay and prepay and doesnt preform the agreed upon services. There is far more to this story but unfortunately it was personal attack from **** that arent relevant in expressing. I dont know **** personally so his comments were uncomfortable and rude. I would NEVER get a tattoo from him or any shop who allows this behavior.
