    We reserved two ebikes from Spokehouse a week in advance before we were going to *********************** with friends. On the morning of the reservation, we arrived 10 minutes early for our 9:00 am appointment at their location in *******. One of the owners fitted us for helmets and said he was ready to take us up to the trailhead with our ebikes. We were to follow him and he would drop off the bikes and pick them up when we were done.After sitting in the car a few minutes waiting for him to pull out so we could caravan to the trailhead, he got out of his car and came up to our car and said that he just received a call from another customer that was to meet him at 8:00 that morning (who had not shown up yet) and he was on his way so we were going to have to wait for him before we left. Another 10 minutes went by and he came back to tell us that the other customer was going to be another 10 minutes or so, so we were going to have to wait longer. We suggested that he make that person wait and take us up to the trailhead now since it was already past our reservation time and we had several friends waiting for us.He was unwilling to do this then refused to rent us the bikes and told us we would be receiving a refund. They reneged on the agreement even though we had done nothing in the wrong, only insisting that they uphold their end of the agreement.
