    To: Better Business Bureau Subject: Unethical Practices, Harassment, and Poor Living Conditions at College Park ApartmentsComplaint Request To Whom It May Concern, I am filing this complaint against College Park Apartments in *******, ********, currently managed by ************, due to consistent unethical treatment, poor housing practices, and systemic harassment over my nearly 10-year tenancy. From the beginning, Ive faced: Chronic mice infestations that were neglected for years Repeated, unnecessary inspectionsoften **************************************************************************************************************** for everyday activity, including vacuuming, bathing my children, or my kids playing indoors in the afternoon. Racially motivated comments and behavior reported directly to local police and logged through multiple official reports. Office staff who target tenants like myself, enforce rules selectively, and fail to respond to valid concerns For example, I was told I could not decorate my door, even though it is the private entrance to my home. Management claims such policies are lawbut I later discovered they are rules written by the property, not by government regulation. There is clear evidence of community-wide dissatisfaction. The online reviews for College Park Apartments speak for themselves: complaints about poor maintenance, rising costs, staff rudeness, patchwork repairs, and mismanagement are consistent across dozens of tenants. I am far from the only one facing this. This environment has affected my mental health, caused my children distress, and left me feeling unsafe in my own home. I have asked management for documentation regarding inspection history and complaints but received no reply. I am requesting the BBB investigate and intervene as needed.
