I took my 2012 ***** traverse in on or around 4/19/22 because I had some issues with my car. *** told me I would need to remove the head of the engine in order to diagnose and fix the issue. I was charged $2805.86 of which my extra fed warranty covered $1264.32 and I had to pay $1541.54 out of pocket. Once the work was completed I went to pick up the car. The day I picked up the car, I was told by *** I need a new battery, which I didnt need before any repairs were performed. I took the car home and purchased a new battery. Replaced the battery but my car would shut off. I took it back to the shop on or around 5/10/22 and *** told me he needed to replace tiling chains and other components. He said it would cost $2863.94 which my warranty covered a portion and I paid $1120 out of pocket. He called to say the car was ready for pick up but it still would shut off after 15mins of driving. On July 14th I paid the $1120 and picked up the truck. *** said I would now need a new engine and it would cost me around $5000. I still owe $4000 on the truck. I am paying a car note and full coverage insurance on a car I cant even use at this point. All the time and money spent repairing what I thought was my issue and I still have a car thats messed up. I want the shop to either refund me completely or repair my car with whatever it needs done without charging me another ***** considering all I have already paid for a car that doesnt work right now.
