    I bought a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan from this business for $4,200. Beforehand, I was in contact with ***** via ******** Marketplace, asking questions regarding the van's service history. He said there was nothing wrong with it. In a photo on the listing I saw an engine light on, so I asked ***** if I could take the van in to a dealer to be checked before buying, or if he had a recent multi point inspection. His response was "No light on". When I arrived to EB Motors and visually inspected the van, the engine light was not on. I took ******* word that nothing was wrong with the van. I bought it. On my drive home to WI from IL, I noticed the van struggled to brake so I messaged ***** about it. ***** was the man who sold me the van, because ***** wasn't working that day. ***** showed no remorse, he was like "oh wow", and then I was blocked on ********. As I was 30 minutes away from my house, I came to a stop at the red light, the engine stalled and I was unable to press gas without having to turn the van off and restart it again. Did I mention I was at a red light!!! Cars were honking at me, I didn't know what to do!! I figured whatever it was, was minor, so I made an appointment at ********************* to get it diagnosed. It was $411.45 to get the van diagnosed. After getting the van diagnosed, I was told that it's unsafe to drive, so I then reached out to ***** by phone. This was on 3/31/25, I bought the van on 3/27/25. After informing ***** that the van needs a new transmission, torque converter, thermostat, and oil filter adapter he told me to reach out to *****. I still haven't been able to get in contact with *****. Today is 4/3/25, I informed ***** that I would take legal action if he refused to cancel the contract and refund me and he simply responded with, "Ok".

    I bought a used vehicle from EB motors on 12/31/24 and paid to have the car registered and for license plates at the time. I was given temporary permit plates that expired on 3/31/25 and still do not have the new plates or registration or car title. I now cannot drive my vehicle without all of this.

    On September 16, 2024, I purchased a Chevrolet Equinox 2016, VIN: *****************, for $8700. The dealer failed to submit the License Plate documents to the Illinois Secretary of State and had to be contacted with no positive results. Therefore, I am requesting the full amount, including the three months that I have not worked as an Uber driver.

    DOCUMENTS WERE SUBMITED IN TIME AND PLATE WAS ISSUED ON 12/12/2024. WICH STILL WAS IN 90 DAY TIME FRAME ALLOWED. ANSWERED EVERE SINGLE PHONE CALL HE MADE TO **. DIDNT LIKE 1 CAR WE SWITCHED TO ANOTHER. ASKED FOR ******* TO ****** INSPECTION. DID IT AT NO CHARGE. THIS CUSTOMER CANT BE PLEASED. NOT SURE WHY HE COULDNT WORK AS UBER DRIVER. GOT NO ANSWER TO THIS.
