    i purchased a vehicle paid in cash they have not gotten me the permanent license plates or title and it has been 6 moths and they are not answering my calls or messages

    On 9/19/2024, I bought a 2020 ****** Corolla (Vin# *****************) from Maya Wholesale Inc. ****************************************. I turned in a check to Maya Wholesale of $16,203.82 to pay the car in full. This check was an auto loan from ****************. The dealership gave the temporary plates for the vehicle, but never gave me the title. To this day, they have not registered it with the state. When the temporary plates expired, I returned and they gave me another set of temporary plates. These temporary plates will expire on June 3rd. Checking with the ********* website, and speaking with ****************, I have discovered that the dealership has done nothing with the title. The dealership also does not answer any phone calls, and it appears they have moved locations, even though their website still shows their previous location. What I need is help registering my title and attaining the permanent plates as soon as possible.

    March 5th Me and my friend went to the dealership and made a refundable downpayment for the car, ***** Civic. I asked about how long does the downpayment can hold the car for me, the answer from the dealer was as long as you want, but faster is the best. I clearly explain my situation, my family can support me but i want to rely on myself to do financing and pay off the car. Since the dealership does not offer financing, he, *****, the dealer's name, tell me to use *** website apply for financing, which I did but never get result back. He never mentions about their 7 day policy which i will cover later. March 6th, I apply for the financing online but never get responses back. March 12th I texted ***** about my family situation, my parent could not send me the money oversea from *****. He never mention on the text about their seven day refund policy just telling me send the money to buy the car asap. March 17th ***** said the manager will give me a call about the refund request but he never did until today. March 18, 20, 24th, April 4th I texted ***** but he never response me. I called him few times before but what he telling me is "manager will call you", "we will give you refund soon", "we will call you back on friday or monday". the first time he mentioned about the 7 day downpayment refund policy was on the March 25th, I do not really exactly remember the date, but definitely notify me that after 7 days, after the refund policy expire, which is a scam. April 2th I email the official email they have and I used to contacted before, they did not response me until saturday night, which was the 5th. What said in the email the tone is rude and unprofessional. They are taking my money away in purpose and I consider it as a scam. I have all the texts and email attached in the document. I just want my money back, it take one an half month for me for make the 1,000$ by only having the low pay campus job. I need to stand up for myself and defend the scammer.
