    They provide luxury vehicle rentals. They did not want to take credit card and only wanted cash, Zelle, or some other digital form. I sent without issue on Nov 1 for a 2 day rental at 500/day, $1000 security deposit, and $200 delivery fee. The car broke down after 7 miles and I called them to come take it and remedy the issue after 10 hours. They came out, said it was fine and would offer me more time. I accepted given I thought perhaps it was a fluke. Same issue occurred the same night and I told them to come take it. They did the next day in the evening. Since that time I have received no correspondence, my calls are being screened, and no refund on even my security deposit has been rendered despite their contractual obligations. Reading online indicates they have done this to many people. Currently I am out $2200 without protection from my bank or anyone because the funds cant be refunded as they were sent person to person. It seems they would know this given I have zero rights now and they refuse to communicate in any way with me. They picked up when I called from a different number and then ignored on subsequent contact. This company is clearly a scam intended to lure people in then never give them the service they seek or the deposit that is refundable and they are not entitled legally to keep. They need to be shut down in any way so as to put an end to this scam.
