On Jan 15, 2025, Divine Duct Cleaning LLC arrived at our home in the afternoon. They concluded our ducts had never been cleaned and were quite dirty. One went to the basement and the talker blew air down into each of the regisiters into the furnace. They never shut the heat off...until the end of the appointment and he turned on the air conditioner? Said to leave the cool air on for 5 minutes until it settled down? I kept asking what that meant? I wrote him a personal check for $329.. after they left...the heat would not come on. I called ******** serviceman to come out. He had been here a week ago to check the furnace for winter. He said everything was working properly. He came on the 16th and stated they got the furnace too hot and blew the heat exchange. No fixing it. New furnace. I got 3 estimates and hired *** **** to replace on Monday. He took pictures which I sent to you and stated the duct cleaners caused the furnace to break and blown dirt in the air conditioner coils. I called Divine the number on invoice and left several messages. I went to FB Marketplace and messaged them several times.I threatened to stop payment on the check of they didn't contact me. Whoever *** and ***** are...saw the messages but didn't respond. I stopped the check. They have never talked to me or communicated to me since they left. They knew they broke it....the furnace smelled really hot in our house. He told me to wait 5 minutes to turn it on...so they could leave before we found out. They blew dirt and dust all over. We had to buy heaters for house and garage for 6 days of cold cold weather. We have 2 little 10 pound dogs to keep warm as well. And my husband has lung disease that can't be cured. All of my canned goods froze and broke in the garage due to extreme cold Sun. We are elderly on a fixed income. They need to be responsible for this. We feel $7,000 would be correct paid to us by them or liability insurance. I contacted an attorney, but don't have the money.

On 11/6/24 Divine HVAC-Duct (*********************************. *********************************** cleaned my ductwork and gas dryer vent. I was concerned because they only took one vent cover off, didnt seal any of the other duct covers and kept saying they were blowing it to the main vent from a back bedroom. Again they didnt remove any covers except the one in the kitchen. He asked about spraying the vents with sanitizer which I agreed to- no equipment was brought in to do that but he said he did. He informed me my gas clothes dryer was a fire hazard and for an extra $50 said they would clean it. I kept asking if they were cleaning it all the way to the dryer (they didnt remove any hose just worked from the outside) and he kept assuring me that it would be done all the way thoroughly. After they left I pulled the dryer out and removed the hose - its still full of lint. I cant check the furnace vents BUT I know they brought in a big hose but never took it to any vents just used it like a prop until the end when they sucked up a little dirt they tracked in - it had such little power it could barely pick up the debris. I have stopped payment on my check ($30 cost to me to do so) and I am making complaint through the Better Business Bureau and will alert the county sheriff office of the scamming practice they are perpetrating.
