    Omni Logistics submitted invoice on 9/6 for work performed on Aug 28th-Sept 1. All past and present invoices had Net 15 as of the weekly invoicing per the agreement. Several communication and invoice reminders have taken place. Central Logistics have ignored all communication and the General Manager stated that we should cease and decease communication. We were a sub to the Central on a ************* ************************* contract. It really doesn't look good not paying your contractors or employees when supporting Government contract or just when work is being performed. Our team still supports the contract.Like I stated we have sent several emails and sent several reminders. Our system keeps track of views and we can see they have viewed this invoice 6 times the last view was 9/26/23 at 6:24am. All we want is to be paid for our services. Thank you BBB

    Hello,

    We had technical issues within our office and we relayed this message to Omni Logistics. We explained that we needed a bit more time to get everything fixed and we would send their payment in full as we always did. We already sent them payment yesterday and sent them confirmation. We paid them in full. There is nothing owed to them from us. I attached the file with payment confirmation. Please release this complaint from our Company history and close this out.
