Transaction date for order and payment done 7/2/2020. Paid **** $1250.00 that day for 2 quartz tops, remnant piece selected, thickness 3 cm, including 3 inch backsplashs for each top. Fabrication and installation included with 1 bar sink included by me. This small frim obviously can do good work by other reviews but the negative reviews are extreme and my experience has been to the negative. One Yelp reviewer said avoid this business like the plague, and I can undestand that reviewer. ****, the owner contacted me 2/28/23 via text (I have) saying "My apologies I am just now getting around to your project. The 2 lower tops to your bar I can get on schedule this month". After some more texts he stopped responding to me. Stonetek has the laser measurements complete but has not completed my job. **** has a bar sink I provided but claims does not recall or remember. I paid only $100 for sink so told him can provide another. My receipt even shows "Sink: Provided by customer" because he had the sink already when I paid him as I gave it to **** earlier on the day of measurement. On 6/2424, I sent texts to **** and emailed business at there websiteo to either complete job or refund $1250.00, and if refund I do not care about sink or recompense for sink. I was clear to contact me within a week or I will leave negative ****** reviews. I hope you can help as another ****** reviewer said Stonetek "ghosted" her. Thanks.
