    I have a zoned house with 2 heaters and 2 air conditioners as well as 2 outdoor condensers which I purchased over the last 3 years. For some reason the Amana units I had installed have had problems. I had to have a motor replaced and the condenser has gone out twice. I have been a homeowner for 30 years and have never had these kind of problems with new equipment. I clean around my units change my filters update my thermostats frequently Any temp has not stood behind their work or explained why my brand new equipment is breaking. They want me to pay them 400 $ quarterly to service my brand new equipment and refuse to honor my warranty without it. I paid **** dollars for just one unit 3 months ago Do NOT buy new from them . They do not honor warranty and I am suspicious that there may be a problem with the supposedly new equipment I have received.
