    Hello, the business listed above has installed faulty parts after promising that this sort of thing wouldn't happen if I paid a premium price. I have not received a call back at all in over 3 weeks and I would like a full refund. I paid $900.00 for a motor and a wheel.

    On August 8, 2023, my husband and I signed a contract for a year's ************ which was to cover two services, one in August for fall HV cleaning and one the following spring for AC cleaning. This contract costs ***** a month, however we paid ****** for the whole year on 8/8/23. On 2/21/24 there was a charge on our credit card for *****, on 3/5/24 there was a charge of *****, and on 4/5/24 there was another charge of *****. As soon as I noticed these charges I started calling Fahrenheit to inform them of their error and to get a refund. I talked to the office girl, and she kept saying *****************************, the owner, would call us and after a couple of months and several more calls he finally did. He said it was a mistake and he would refund all the charges (******). The refund never materialized. After more unanswered calls and ignored emails, we have given up. In total, he owes us $249.30 - ****** in unauthorized credit card charges, and ****** for one half of our contract because he did not honor the spring AC tune-up and we have had to hire someone else. Fahrenheit has provided our ************s since 2020 and we have no idea what happened, but we are very disappointed.
