    03-20-2025 1400 The manager does not want to solve the problem she is the problem. Corporate needs to step in and remove both managers. This place is full of ghetto rachet a** females who are very unprofessional and need to be shut down completely!!!! Cant wait until the day inspectors go in there and shut this nasty a** place down!!! Roaches, bed bugs and ratsjust nasty!!!Wish we could do 0 stars because they dont deserve one!!!!!

    I booked Woodsprings ******* hotel through Expedia for 12/26/24 - 1/18/25 stay. I booked a weekly pay as you go through the website. When I checked in, the front desk did not see the pay as you go option on their computer. I offered to call ******* to resolve the issue, However she did okay it and I payed the first week. I went there a few days later to add my pet, the same woman had her manager sitting with her. The mgr saw I paid for one week only and told the employee she should not have approved it. I said I could call and they let it go. When I went to pay for the second week on January 2, I was advised by the same woman, I was not allowed to pay and had to check out. I asked why, she said I lied to get about the pay as you go. She told me I could not rebook the hotel. I asked for the manager, she said she was sleeping. I called Expedia who confirmed my booking was pay weekly, then tried calling the front desk. The woman right in front of me at the front desk would not answer the phone. She said you lied to me about the pay as you go, and I got in trouble with my boss. Then she started closing the blinds of her window, telling me and other customers that they couldnt talk right now. This is during business hours. I had only an hour to check out and finally went to the desk to check out just after 11am. Besides having no advance notice to check out, the side entrance door by the elevator and ***** had been broken for my whole stay. When I returned my key at the front desk, I asked for my receipt. They would not allow me to finish talking, therefore refusing my request. Subsequently I called ************* obo Woodsprings ******* to complain. I made numerous phone calls requesting follow up, as they will no longer allow me to book there. When I was complaining at the front desk, another clerk called me *****, and a homeless crackhead.I also found out they added charges on my account of $25 and $93.48. I repeatedly ask ************* for a refund.

    Hello my name is ******* *******. I am waiting for a refund from Woodspring Suites in *******. It was a really bad experience and honestly just want my money back as soon as possible the confirmation number is ******** it was through *******. I have been trying to get in contact with the property manager and finally I was able to get through only to be told by the manager I am not allowed on the property and will be arrested for trespassing. I thought to myself all because I want to ask about my refund? The manager Jayla is very rude and unprofessional I have seen several complaints online of similar things happening to other people. She kicked my family and I out because my card was supposedly declined even though they took the money on September 15 and I had spoken to someone else about it being taken on the weekend and how it might be delay but she said it wouldn't be a problem. They called the police on me and had me treated like a criminal and deactivated my card so I couldn't get in to get my belongings the manager and another employee purposely held the doors so I couldn't get in. This place is just run by horrible people I tried contacting the company that runs this hotel and all they said they would consider my "feedback," and gave me points for the horrible experience. I want my money back I was homeless with my family because of what happened and now they don't want to process my refund and be of any help. They should be held accountable for the emotional damage my family went through. I am attaching documents I received from the company in charge of the hotel but like I said I never received my refund no matter what anyone else states.

    The fact that everyone in the hotel is being charge a different price then I am, I have been fighting with the owner across from the hotel cause he been parking his cars in a lot that isn't his ans my door has been getting hit I believe it's them doing. We have had weed smoking in the building and their not doing anything about it, the garabe is nasty I have had animal chasing me they don't keep the parking lot very clean I had step on glass cutting my foot.

    WoodSpring ****************************** The general manager ***** has failed on NUMEROUS attempts at explaining WHY my rate increased from May @53.99 to ***** with no notice! This rate increase took effect only after my ************************** which at that time ** law state I should not pay taxes. I was only refunded ONCE. I am still a current resident. A now ex employee broke down how ***** and another worker from Corporate alter numbers so guest are never refunded but some how pay the same amount each week. I have in turned made several complaints via Chioce rewards number because that's they ONLY way customers have to complain. Choice in turn have placed several complaints (complaint# ********) HOWEVER, the complaints come back to ***** the general manager and her boss. If in fact they are playing with guest money, tax refunds, this would be the reason I'm now being asked to leave! Leave because I'm voicing what should be addressed! ***** has made sexual advances at my boyfriend. I spoke with ***** about that as well because ***** is transgender. And at no time should he have made any inappropriate comments to another guest on site! ***** and all the employees working at this location also RESIDE HERE. Work in scarfs, bonnets and night clothing. One workers boyfriend walks around drunk, and bullying other guest. I've spoke with that employee and ***** about that incident only being told he's schizophrenic. Residents are scared of ***** because she displace guest when things aren't as he wants them. Bad part these places are privately owned and by the time you've got some where they have already put you out and refused your payment. Non of WoodSpring policy and procedures are enforced here. Only monthly room checks as if you are in a shelter. No cleaning every 2 weeks, no linen exchange. Pay for everything! All I'm asking for is an explanation as to what I'm being charged. ***** is rude and NEVER here!!! Something must be done!
