    I purchased a wedding ring set from Limoge jewelry and received it in January of this year paying $52.99. I worked for the first time while traveling and within the first week this stones turned black and unsightly. The rings are unbearable. Upon returning back into the country, I called to complain and the employee asked me to send an email and include photographs. I did that and I heard nothing back from the company. I called again and spoke with **** on 5-10-25 and he said that he would elevate this to management for resolution. Ive heard nothing back and I did my last follow up email to saying that I wanted a full refund and otherwise I would be reporting them to the BBB. I have heard nothing from them, and therefore, am submitting my complaint.

    I originally placed an order with this company in February for 5 pair of personalized earring, when I got the earrings, they sent me the wrong ones. I contacted them via telephone and email and they had me send pictures of what I received. They sent out a replacement order, but only 4 pair of earrings were sent, and again they sent out the wrong product.I contacted them again and they said send us pictures of the original product, plus the new ones that we sent out to you. Which I sent them out the new pictures and they sent an email back to me asking me to respectful, which I have been nothing but professional to this company and they have made it extremely difficult to accept the fact that they keep making errors on my order.I've left messages for supervisors and I've sent several emails asking for a following and still have not heard back regarding a resolution, they just keep asking me for information that I've previously provided them. I've sent pictures in to them and I've also provided order numbers to them but still cannot get a resolution. At this point it's looking more like this company is a fraud and are refusing to take responsibility for their errors.
