We completed an investigation and determined an individual created a Pampered Chef account to submit an order with the email address "******************************." Our agent was able to locate the false order and cancel the order. The agent also submitted the request to our privacy team to delete the false account using ************************ The order and account have been deleted.

I have never interacted with the business before and received emails saying that I had set up an account and placed an order through them. I reached out to their customer support to file my complaint that someone had fraudulently provided my email address and was using it to place orders. Aside from the worry that someone is using my email address it displays their information to me in a breach of that person's security as well (I can see their personal information). When I reached out to have the account deleted and my email removed I went a week with no response. I filed a second complaint with them and received a response saying that they would have the account deleted and my email removed their data base by replying and confirming. Another week has passed since then with no response once again and no resolution to the problem that I've been experiencing.Business Response

Life time warranty on two burner griddle. ******* no longer produced. Offered to replace it with item number ******, Saut & Steam pan. Product details include Nonstick pan with removable handle, silicone steamer, helper handle and protector, and lid with stainless rim. Received only the pan which was half the size of the two burner griddle. Spoke with Pampered Chef representative asking where the rest of it is. Was told that is all I get. I advised that the new pan cannot even be used as it is intended due to the missing lid, steamer and helper handle. I received a lid shortly after. We were able to locate the customer's original call from November to our **************** Upon reviewing the call, the customer was advised by the agent she would be getting the product item #****** Nonstick Saut & Steam Pan Removable Handle without the steamer and lid. In December the customer reached out again and our agent apologized for the confusion on the replacement and confirmed the customer would be receiving the helper handle protector and collapsible strainer. The customer should have received the additional parts now.

I received an email from this company but using a different name as the recipient (some ***** E ****). They claim an account was opened with my email address and they confirmed an order was placed. Theyre obviously using my email to create a fake account because *** never bought anything from them. I want the order cancelled and the account using my email address closed. The customer purchased the product in 2006. The product carries a 3 year guarantee and is out of guarantee. The product has also been discontinued since 2013. No replacement was processed.

Regarding order number **************. I have an incident number - Incident: 240609-000005 but this still has not been resolved. I purchased 4 items from the Bridal Registry, but the most expensive item (#****) still is not showing as purchased on the registry (the other 3 items are). I have received numerous responses from customer service, but the first 4 kept telling me I didn't buy from the registry and to return the item and re-purchase from the registry. Finally someone said they would forward the issue, but it still is not resolved. I do not want someone else to buy this item. The Shower is in mid July, so this needs to be fixed soon.Business Response

Case ID is ************* have a small online bookstore with five dedicated employees. We sell legitimate used books from legal resale suppliers. We recently received a "counterfeit violation" on the Amazon platform for a used Pampered Chef book that we listed. Amazon takes these violations very seriously and we are at risk of having our account suspended.I am writing to ask if I could appeal to your good nature and kindly ask that you retract the complaint against us (ASIN B0007PSCW6). We have deleted and closed the listing and have no desire to have the product reinstated. We simply want the complaint removed from our Account Health. Additionally, our database software manager has a comprehensive BLACKLIST of publishers, ISBNs, and key words that prevent us from listing items that are not compliant. We have added Pampered Chef to the Blacklist and will never be able to list it again. We will no longer list/resell any Pampered Chef branded items in the future.We kindly ask for a retraction. We apologize for the inconvenience this customer is experiencing. We use a third party to monitor counterfeit products. All products found that are not authenticated are flagged as counterfeit. When a product is flagged as counterfeit the customer receives a notice from Amazon with instructions on how to either remove the listing or provide authentication to our third party. We have confirmed the customer's listing as an infringement. Since the listing has been removed, the customer can also provide the counter notice to Amazon and our third party to withdraw the complaint.

Marketing emails from pampered chef. The emails are not wanted and are considered spam. I want them to stop.The unsubscribe link on the bottom of the email does not work. I've clicked on it hundreds of times. Conversations with the consultant are non productive. She claims that she has no control over her email list.Phone call to the pampered chef corporate toll free number resulted in no action. They claimed the emails would stop but they have not.This has been going on for months.
