      Ordered 40 days ago and have been told for the last 25 days my order will be delivered every day and each day the delivery date changes to the next day. Finally disputed charges and told them to keep their overpriced kitchen utensils. Horrible customer service. Will never order again.

      I purchased several Pampered Chef products in 2001-2003 and am highly satisfied with all of them. The rubber scrapers were guaranteed to last 3-5 years and they are still in good shape after about 19 years. Also purchased an apple ******/corer/slicer and it still works great, as does my food chopper. The pizza stone still makes outstanding pizzas and the baking pan bakes cookies evenly and does not stick, even after all these years.

      What a horrible company to deal with. I made the mistake from ordering from them. The delivery driver couldn't find my residence. So directed me back to the delivery company. Couldn't get through wait times were over 45 minutes long. So figuring the customer service could help me out at **********************. Since I just made the order. Nope no way. They flat out refused. Then they had the gall to send me surveys on the products I never recieved. So after sending them 40 + emails. Literally demanding my money back. They tell me they are going to refund me. But refuse to tell me any amounts. Beware of restocking fees and other scam penalties so they can justify stealing your money!Do not ever purchase from this company!!

      I am very annoyed! Had one of my very expensive Stone bakeware pans break while in the oven. Called Pampered Chef to see about a replacement and they are telling me it only had a three year warranty. That is not what I was told many years ago when I bought it. I am angry and will never buy this product again. It is the only reason that I even bought them because I was told I would be able to replace it if anything happened to it. Never again!

      Seems my dissatisfaction with the ** Air ***** is shared by many. I ordered mine 2/18/19 as part of a nearly $1000 order. Mine quit working in March. I have attempted everything I know with everyone involved with ** to resolve the issue because I don't need a $285 paperweight! While I'm not happy about the ***** one year warranty (speaks to their quality) I understand everything has a time limit. What I'm most angry about is the lack of replacement parts, support or even a return and repair program. Leaving a customer with zero options other than to purchase another product in hopes that it might last longer than the previous one is insane and irresponsible in my opinion. I own nearly everything ** has offered in the last 5 years, some items I have multiples of. I can assure you those days are over and my goal is to let everyone I meet know about my experience. Horribly disappointing. There is no reason not to help customers repair your crappy junk.

      Was just recently told by the hostess that PC only has a year warranty on their Quick Cooker. Ive had mine for less than 2 years and used it less than half a dozen times. Extremely disappointed. This is the 2nd one I've owned, because the first one also quit working. But they replaced that one. I will not be purchasing anything else through PC. I have spent so much money on PC in the past. Bad customer service to not stand behind your products.

      Incredibly disappointed to learn that I spent so much on the deluxe air fryer only to find out that less than 2 years later (10/31/2020) when it is having a mechanical issue (with proper care, cleaning, and usage) they do NOT cover your product for repair or replacement past 1 year. The phone representative told us we'd just have to "have a party and purchase a new air fryer" and there was "nothing they could do." I used to think pretty highly of pampered chef products. They have a pretty great reputation over the years... but this? This is the sign of my never purchasing another product from this company ever again, on top of my making sure no one else does, either. Not guaranteeing products to last is wrong and downright disappointing for such a long time name of kitchen products. I will be looking to other brands and companies to replace my now totally unusable, nearly $300 machine that has been SO loved and now only stands on my counter as a reminder of how awful this company treats it's consumer base. I should have read all of the BBB and customer reviews prior to ever throwing our first party or purchasing from this company. It was our first (AND NOW OUR LAST) time. What a rip off to only have 1 year warranties and then just take people's money. Unbelievably frustrated by this. I don't need the "we're sorry, if there's anything else we can do" speech, either, because it doesn't fix this broken counter decoration, and I definitely have no need for more products that'll just break and still never be guaranteed. BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND!

      One bad apple CAN spoil a whole barrel.I have been an early supporter of PC and have purchased several pans for myself and family.I was impressed with the look,feel,even cooking and (initial) non stick.I gifted myself with a large,red fryer last Christmas and have papered it more than a person should HAVE to pamper a fryer.It has been allowed to cool after use, is hand washed and dried with no metal utensils.It still looks new but beginning back in April(4 months old) eggs and even bacon sticks in places and it has been getting worse.There is *************** like scratches anywhere and it is seems just to be in the center.I have written this message to PC website contact and have never had a response for the good OR the issues now.This pan and the lack of customer service has soured the brand for me. (A simple text--some sign of concern or gratitude would have been nice)*****
