      Small business bought 70 paint tins. All thrown into a box, lids tossed in separately. Zero packaging or protections. All 70 are dented. My invoice states I have 5 days to notify them in writing which I did with video of each item. Per my invoice they will replace the item once confirms Nope. They said I have to wait 60 days while they file a claim with the carrier. This is 100% their fault. Shipping box was not damaged. This almost seems that a scam to get rid of their defective product. I cannot imaging any tin cans thrown into a box in no organized fashion to successfully make it to the buyer in the condition as shown in the photos online. I will be filing with my credit card and the BBB.

      Our apologies for the inconvenience caused by the recent situation. It appears that there was a misinterpretation when the photographs were initially submitted, as a significant number of our damage claims stem from mishandling by ground carriers. While our tin paint cans are primarily packaged for industrial use to be shipped on pallets, we understand that we also cater to individuals and small businesses using ground transportation. When shipping via ground, we take the necessary measures to reinforce the manufacturers cartons with additional packing material inside the carton, ensuring the integrity of the items. However, depending on the product, an overpack box is utilized without compromising the integrity of the manufacturer's sealed box. The time to add adequate packing we are addressing in our shipping department. We are grateful for the time you took to speak with our quality department and your understanding in resolving this matter. A refund for the unusable paint cans has been processed and credited to your card. Your feedback is invaluable, and we look forward to working with you in the future.

      We were sold tanks with defective valves. We had an engineer inspect the tanks and declare they were defective. They picked up the tanks promptly but we had to obtain an attorney to get our monies refunded. This did not include the product loss we suffered financially.

      Hello *****, We regret your experience with us did not meet your expectations. When we had learned of possible defects we reached out to the manufacture of the totes. They arranged for the totes to be picked up and their Quality team started the investigation. The valves were sent back to the manufacturing facility in Germany for further inspection by the team responsible for manufacturing the valves. Upon inspection, they found there was not a defect in the valves. They cited the disfunction observed, to be caused by pressure built ** in the units which led to the valves breaking. They stated the customer is obligated to know their product and utilizing vented bungs in the lid would have released this pressure. The claim for defect was rejected by their Quality team. In accordance with our terms and conditions, it is the responsibility of the customer who has the ultimate knowledge of their product application, to determine suitable methods for storage of their product application in our containers. Our actions are limited as the manufacturer denied credit. As a show of good faith, we have refunded the cost of the totes and any shipping costs incurred. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any further credit. We appreciate your understanding and support in coming to a fair resolution. Thank you

      I recently placed an order in excess of $13,000.00 and due to their lack of basic communication i was charged with an additional $500 on my ****. I am currently suffering a loss in my business due to the lack of professionalism. Basically, they would have contracted a carrier from external sources to conduct deliveries and when i enquired who the driver was, his name and contact number i was informed by the office they had no information. So i am basically to let a total stranger into my warehouse and guess my way through his arrival date and time. these are all basic information they should have and make available to all clients. this is not the first time i am doing business with them. but this is surely the last.

      Our quality department is aware of the situation and handling this internally. In looking through this order, A delivery appointment was confirmed at the delivery location for the end user with good intentions. Upon delivery, the shipment was rejected as it failed to meet end user internal specific pallet height requirements. These requirements were set by the end user and were never communicated to us, or our carrier, during the purchase or initial delivery process. We were able to plan for redelivery a few days later. As part of the redelivery agreement, you agreed to pay the redelivery fees, and arranged for your employees to be there to help unload and ***********, so that the end user would accept the shipment. Our carriers are reviewed extensively, meet specific DOT certifications, and they vet their drivers to make sure they attain high standards, before administering our shipments to them. The Cary Company prides itself on being a committed partner, we have updated your internal instructions to avoid this in the future.
