    I'm just starting a small business and I've tried to get the FP Mailing Solutions to make it easier to get the products where they need to go. But instead of getting help **************** *** just kept sending back to technical support and they keep sending me back to him, so I said forget it and I've tried to get them to tell me what they want me to do with the unused system **** just keeps on dragging they're get so I'm feeling like he's trying to force me to keep this system. I've never used it and I couldn't get no help just these guys trying to add more things to get more monies from me. It's sad I'm sending it back to them *** and I want a return signature so they can't say I didn't return the product. I spoke to **** over 2 days ago and he said he told me today that he told Brain and *** to send return information in which that's a lie he still didn't give me the **** return Authorization number so I'm going to do it my way!!! They trying to drag because I have 3 months and it's only 3 weeks and I'm getting problems. I asked for ******* ****** number (zach)he refused that's what made me think this isn't legit. I'm not paying I'm still in my trail period It's never been used. Never again.....!!

    **************** for this business is inflexible and I found the ***resentative to be rude and condescending. At the end of a 63-month contract, my firm elected to change vendors for mailing services. The sales *** was notified and leased equipment was returned, FP Mailing Solutions was paid through the end of the contract although the equipment was returned three months early. In my opinion, any reasonable person would assume that the services were cancelled. Not so for FP Mailing Solutions, they did not consider the contract cancelled and subsequently billed my Firm for an additional year's service. In order to close the account and get out of an unpleasant situation, we had to settle by paying them for an additional 6 months.

    Their bbb rating should be an F, they sell a service they don't perform, on a machine that doesn't work. When I address the issues, all there is is number codes, instead of telling me what's wrong. Their customer service is useless, and their tech support doesn't know their products. The old machine worked fine, but FP decided to make it so that machine wouldn't work anymore at a future date, like all tech companies do with their devices (stop "fixing" things that aren't broken). FP won't even let me speak to the right person about these ongoing issues.

    I received a letter from court today stamped 4/24/24 demanding that I appear before the judge on May 7th, 2024. Today is May 22nd. Fortunately I already knew about this through my lawyer but if that was not the case, this literally could have ruined my life. I don't know why ********************* is using y'all for their mail but its messed up

    If I could do a zero star I would. We have trouble every week and they just keep taking our money for postage without helping us solve the problem. You are on hold well over an hour every time you call. They are terrible to work with. Often our cell phones die you are on hold so long. I can't wait for them to pick up our machine. We will look elsewhere or buy stamps.

    If I could give negative review stars I would. Terrible company to deal with, no customer service and very rude employees. Impossible to get in touch with. They sent me a faulty machine three weeks in I was having an issue (2019). Have great difficulty getting it fixed. Then was constantly getting an error massage we had to clear before you could reuse the machine. Took weeks to get that resolved because we could not get a rep on the phone or anyone to respond to our emails. Then I asked almost from Day 1 about the billing because it was not correct. I signed a 36 month contract at ***** month. The total for the entire contract would have been ****** plus about ***** in tax so for the 36 months = approximately ******. I signed the contract on 11/13/19, by 8/31/20, I emailed again about the billing and requested numerous times thru email statements because by this time I had paid ****** on this account which for the entire contract should have only been ******. Got no response. Then the machine was locked. We could not use the machine and called, emailed, faxed to no avail. I finally got in touch with a ************************* who was extremely rude and loud to us. We asked for a supervisor, he hung up. This man said the only way he could unlock the meter was to have all access to our computer. I said absolutely NOT. This is a Dr ****** and that is a HIPPA violation. Then *************************** - She say I wasnt hearing back from him because he was on vacation. She said she would forward all my concerns to him thru email, my contract and terms to see what options would be available with my acct. I never heard a word back from them. I then got in touch with a ************ After going back and forth and having a machine that was not working & being owed ******, sent the machine back because that was the only resolution. **** told me was told I would get the money once I returned the meter. I received all monies back but now have a so called lawyer threatening me saying the meter returned

    Terrible ***************** gives you the run around for months. Impossible to reach by phone 90% of the time and they never respond to contact requests. Fees for everything. Really difficult to cancel services and you are in charge of shipping a giant heavy machine back. Sneakily locks you into long contracts. I can go on and on, just save yourself the headache. There much better and cheaper options for postage for your business.

    Had been doing business with them for over 15yrs. Never had a problem till the end of 2021. Ink cartridge failed within 2 months. Could not get through to customer service and emails were kicked back stating undeliverable. I refused to pay the quarterly lease until the machine worked properly. Received a letter form their attorney for breaking the lease wanting right at 5k. All for a machine that doesn't work and customer service you cant contact. PLEASE stay away

    I have tried several ways to contact them regarding a broken postage meter and NO ONE will return my email, call, etc. So here I sit using stamps! Ridiculous!
