    on 9-28-24 i put a payment of ******* to Midwest Metal Werks then on 10-3-24 i paid the balance of ******* for a powder coating oven i knew it wasn't going to ship til the week of 10-7-24 or so they say hotshot delivery is up to 16 days. they could not give me a tracking number or anything to see where its at. as time goes by now into Nov. still nothing ***** is the guy i been dealing with and he couldn't til me where it is. he said in one email it was at a dock with a hold tag with the shipper wanted more money. so he said he will send out a different oven with a different hotshot said it would be here by the end of the week 100% by Friday is what ***** said. Well that week has gone by waiting another week been very patient with them. still haven't seen anything so ***** said he will give me a refund 100% . i have 30 plus emails between us on this whole thing. no i sent him a email saying i may turn it over to a lawyer because i don't know what to do as i never seen the shipment or anything and he said the tagged to to be returned to them and they have my money and will not refund or if they do they are trying to take the shipping out of it and 20% restocking fee. which isn't right as i never received any product from them. I'm not returning it. The oven has never been delivered to. Like i told them i want the oven but it never comes and they can never tell me where its at and they say there is no way to track it. if you need more info please reach out and i can send you all the emails.

    The Business has addressed my concerns outside of addressing the BBB in reference to complaint ID ********. My issue is resolved and my complaint can be closed.
