    I am writing to complain against Breezeline for their consistent failure to apply the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) benefits to my account, despite my repeated and timely applications over the past three years. I submitted the necessary information and documentation to Breezeline to enroll in the **** as I qualified for this program based on my financial situation. Despite my eligibility, Breezeline failed to apply these benefits to my account. I have filled out the required information multiple times over the past three years, but to no avail. This program was supposed to provide financial relief by reducing my internet costs, which would have significantly helped my household. Unfortunately, due to Breezeline's negligence and failure to act, I have not been able to benefit from the **** which has now been discontinued as an option. I do want it noted that Breeze line ignored my requests and failed to provide the service and benefits promised.
