    BOY do I have a lot to say about this company and the way it is run. First off I want to say, I went with someone cheaper in hopes of receiving a quality service (big mistake). I paid $2100.00 for my flooring in my 500 sq ft condo to be done by **** on March 27th, 2024. not only did it take 2 months to come and get it done, but the service was absolutely terrible. Every single transition strip has nails coming out of it, theres cracks in my flooring filled with caulk in numerous places, the flooring doesnt line up to the wall in any area around the home (theres concrete underneath coming up around the sides, I have a 1 year old who keeps picking up rocks), my flooring in my kitchen was layed on top of my tile instead of the tile being removed, none of the floors were leveled and they crack and shift as you walk on them, I waited over a month for them to come and fix it but never received that, instead I got $1000.00 refund after a month of waiting which isnt going to even cover how much it will be to replace and fix my flooring. Im an expecting mom with a 1 year old so I was really hoping they would understand that money is tight and just come fix it themselves but in the long run using this company will cost me more than anything. As a first time home buyer this has been my biggest ******* this is a warning to anyone who would like to use this company. Just make sure the job is finished and complete before paying for the service. **** PAINTING AND REMODELING
