    Hello,The day of the event was July 27, 2024. Breach of contract occur by this company. Per our contract 30 round tables, 300 gold chairs and 30 satin salmon color linen were suppose to be delivered on July 26. We only received tables and chairs. The 30 salmon color linen was NOT delivered. They promise to deliver the next morning of the event and ended up postponing the times. At 4pm day of event, they delivered 7 white linen. Not the color or quantity we order. Our event did not looked as plan, tables were plain without any linen. There was not enough time to get other linen. Very unprofessional service, the owner promised to reimburse us for the linen cost of $405.00. So far we have not received any reimbursement and they do not answer our calls. Their office is always closed. Per the contract it states: If a ****** does not confirm to its specifications on delivery and setup. Client will receive a full refund. My understanding of this is we should receive a FULL refund ($2205.00) because items on contract were NOT delivered or set up. Set up was NOT completed within agreed time frame. We are very frustrated and disappointed with this company . I would greatly appreciate if you can help us out. We just want to be reimbursed.Thanks in advance

    Vendor truck crashed through our overhang, that was clearly marked, when picking up a rental set of chairs from an event. Caused $4,157 worth of damages and refuses to take responsibility for repayment of repairs. Provided insurance information that was invalid.

    Hello,

    I first would like to mention their is no payment due date on the estimate/contract. With that businesses typically have ***** days to complete the payment upon receiving the invoice. Second, the cost of labor in regards to the total amount listed isn't justified nor does it provide evidence regarding the hours of labor.

    I am rejecting this response because: this business owner responsible for the damage to our property has refused to communicate directly with us despite our involvement of the police and the BBB unless you include the message when he provided us with invalid insurance information.  If Chiavari Chairs Event Rentals agrees to pay the entirety of the invoice by 12/1/23, I will provide an invoice in the amount of $4,157 with this due date.  If Chiavari Chairs Event Rentals requires a breakdown of hours from the repair vendor that we utilized to make these repairs, we will attempt to get those.  Regardless, this was the amount that we paid for the repairs after extensive damage was done.  The representative of Chiavari Chairs Event Rentals, ***********************, never even bothered to come to the site after the damage was done so I am unsure how he can claim that the hours to make the repair were unjustified.
