    February 29,2024@10:48 am and at 4:45pm regarding communications to my phone that are in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ( TCPA ). Representatives of NRG Restore made these unwelcome and unwanted communications to my cell phone ending in 6230 were made without my express, prior, written consent, as required by law. Phone number ending in 623 has been on the National Do Not Call List since September 25,2007.

    The following email was sent to him and we have come up with a resolution;
     
    It seems that our marketing team might have accidentally sent you a message regarding a free roof inspection. Typically, we send out such messages to neighbors after completing a roof project in the vicinity. Please note that we maintain an internal do-not-call policy, and our marketing team diligently scrubs phone numbers to ensure compliance with this policy.
     
    It appears that, regrettably, one may have slipped through the cracks, particularly since we don't operate in ********, *********
     
    In light of this, we kindly ask that you consider removing the negative review you posted on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website and *********************** as this was an isolated oversight. We value your understanding and cooperation in resolving this matter amicably.
