    I write to compliment the professionalism and quality of work of the employees of Americas Best. I recently had a water leak involving two baths and a crawlspace. Ceilings, walls, insulation, trim, wood supports, a toilet and cabinet all had to be reinstalled and painted. *************************** provided an estimate for the work to be performed and presented the estimate to the insurance company. ****** was knowledgeable and professional in his approach to me and the insurance company adjuster. ****** answered all my questions and responded to all my inquiries without hesitation. **** and ******* performed the work in a diligent, expeditious, and polite manner. They were industrious and carefully cleaned up after each days work. The finished work was very good. I can highly recommend Americas Best for restoration work. I have worked in the insurance industry for more than 40 years and have encountered hundreds of restoration contractors; Americas Best is Five out of Five stars. Sincerely ************************

    Americas Best Exterior took my money for a roofing job. They never came back to finish the work and they damaged my property during their roofing install. The company agreed to return and complete the work and repair the damage they created. None of what they agreed to has occurred. In addition, they failed to answer/respond to my phone calls, emails, and text messages in an effort to resolve this issue. They started out ok but ended extremely poorly. Not to mention I paid them for the work and it remains incomplete. Horrible experience to take my money and not finish the agreed upon work. Plus all the damage they did to my home. I do not recommend doing ANY business with this company based off my experience. They took my money and left me with work incomplete work and damage to my property.

    Great experience with this company. The owner **** is extremely knowledgably and intelligent, he was able to answer all of my questions and educate me on the services they will be performing. Payment was made directly by my insurance adjuster and even he complimented **** and his crew on their professionalism and knowledge.
