      I am writing to report a disputed charge on my credit card related to an order I placed online with Parts Town on March 19, 2024. I never received the order, and **************** sided in my favor and refunded me the money.I never received the evaporator I ordered.Parts Town included an incorrect address on the shipment label (originally entered ************************************************).Despite notifying Parts Town of the discrepancy, they refused to correct it and insisted the package would be delivered *************** tracking confirms delivery to the wrong address on March 22, 2024.Before delivery, I contacted both *** and Parts Town to correct the address issue. *** attempted delivery to the incorrect address on the label, but upon discovering the mistake, returned the package to the warehouse for correction. Unfortunately, once back in the warehouse, it got mislabeled and delivered to another address that was not mine.I contacted *** and filed a claim. They confirmed the wrong address delivery and initiated an ******************** attempted to reach Parts Town to compensate them for the lost package, but Parts Town was unresponsive. I disputed the charge with **************** and provided all relevant documentation. **************** investigated, found me not responsible, refunded the charge due to non-delivery, and attempted to reach Parts Town who remained unresponsive.**************** refunded me the money, and now Parts Town is going after me for the invoice amount, claiming it was never paid.Parts Town has since sent my account to collections ******************************** who continue to harass me despite my explanation and evidence.I request your assistance in stopping the collection agency's harassment and ensuring Parts Town removes this disputed charge from my account. I have already provided all necessary documentation to both Parts Town and ****************, who have confirmed my position.
