    This business had relocated two blocks away and moved to the corner.Initially, I was happy with their performance and paid them $500 cash for 3m tinted windiws on my ******* Mkz for my job as a Uber driver. They have a lifetime warranty.After 5 years, I learned that the tinted windows did not hold up and failed as they began bubbling. I went to the shop, the owner said, " I don't want any bad reviews", he then said he had some tints limited in stock and replaced them.I then had another old window begin to bubbling. I asked them that I was really upset and I don't want to keep dealing with this every 5 years now. And they didn't respond to resolve it via email. To me, I paid $500 cash and they cannot find any receipt or previous customer. Therefore, why would I continue doing business with them if they cannot retain records of prior customers?They also were unwilling to respond to resolve the tinted windows. At this point, I am going somewhere else because while I support small and local businesses to me, their lack of response and unwillingness to continue replacing my windows has made me beyond frustated as a customer.
