    Hi, i would like to complain in this company name Maidpro. i had a nightmare experience with them, they charge me too much $220 for two and a half service. as we talk it should be 5hours cleaning for first time cleaning, and i didnt know two ladies will sent to my house. and this two ladies which is student seems like they dont know how to clean well, they just make more in my house. thats why i hire them so they can clean our house. i can't beleive they will just leave with the big **** of my house. the manager ************ was talking tok he said they will clean two rooms, hallways, 2 bathroom and half, living room and kitchen, but nope they only clean the bathrooms and they didnt clean well, all they do is talk and standing. as u can see on the pics they didnt do anything at all, thats why i hire them to clean my house but they didnt, all they want is money, this company is like a scam. i called the manager and text him a lot but no response and i did send a review right away cause they give me a s***** service. i hope i will get my refund back from them, i did call my bank to dispute the charge but unfortunately they can't dispute the charge because its a service company, so they tole me to ask a help to a bussiness bureau. please help me because they dont deserve the $220 its way too much for thei s***** service. if they clean properly and i wont gonna complain. i just can't beleive they will leave my house like that, they didnt even sweep @ mop. it was really a nightmare and that day i got so stress because of what they did. it was really unexpected.. thank you! i hope BBB will help me with complaint. thank you!
