    This place is a total scam - they do not provide and complete services paid for - they are not professional - they do not complete dental plans - they do not answer phones or inquiries and leave patients with incomplete inadequate dental work and will not work toward resolution.

    I went here after switching insurances and they insisted I get a feel cleaning; I did and they charged me $705 for less than 20min of work (I go to the dentist every 6 months). Then they insisted I get my wisdom teeth removed so I scheduled that and paid a deposit just for them to cancel a few days before the surgery. When I rescheduled they harassed me to pay the remaining balance and I said I wouldn't until the day of the surgery since they canceled. They day of the surgery I came in and paid and waited 30min before asking if I needed to reschedule cause they didn't call me back. They played some weird the tool is broken game so I asked for a refund as I decided I wouldn't be going to this dentist anymore and they refused to provide me a refund. This place is a huge scam and over charge you like crazy for things you blatantly don't need and are just completely inconsiderate. In my 30 min of waiting they called and canceled 5 appointment just because the office didn't want to stay open later on Halloween. cancelled appointments for people who are in pain and are relying on this facility. This is the worst dentist to go to I am absolutely convinced.

    Went to aspen to get dental implants. Treatment plan with prices totaling $8,118. After getting one implant and bone graft in another. I reviewed the treatment plan and noticed they charged me for two bone graft and membrane. I only needed bone graft on one side, but I paid for both initially. I let them know that I only had it done on one side and that I should get refunded for the second charge because it was not done. It cost $1500. They wont refund my money saying we only charged you for one. But I added the bill and definitely paid for it twice. Theyre stealing my money and wont refund me. This is ridiculous and should be considered a crime.

    I wanted to get an implant, through the process they needed to extract a tooth. So, I sat down with *****, (the financial expert) then she proceeded with a quote that to my understanding included the extraction and the implant. The quote was for $2583.91, which was immediately approved by CareCredit which I have an account with in good standings. Three days ago I had an appointment for Xrays to see if everything was ready for the implant, then is when I was presented for me to sign an invoice of over $6000.00, which I decline to sign, then I complained to the office manager who was very rude and asked me to leave the office and humiliated me in front of other patients and even threaten me to call the police. I have never in my 63 years been humiliated so bad, I still hear her voice screaming at the top of her voice "get out of my office", never again go there nor will I recommend it to anybody.

    Went there for implants. They did the first part now it has been almost a year and they dont return my calls to schedule the final stage. I had prepaid over $5000.00 once they got the money I have not been able to get anything scheduled and they refuse to refund my money. Never ever go there!!! sometimes no service is worse than bad service and they have been able to accomplish Both!!.
