  We recently had our pool deck completely redone by Basements, Etc., and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results! From start to finish, **** and his entire crew were nothing short of outstanding. They began by tearing down our old deck and expertly built a brand-new structure, finishing it with beautiful, high-quality Trex decking. The craftsmanship is absolutely top-notch every detail was done with precision and care, and its clear that this team takes great pride in their work. **** treated our project as if it were his own, and his crew reflected the same level of dedication and professionalism throughout the entire process. Not only was the job completed on time, but the pricing was also very competitive. Its rare to find a contractor who delivers exactly as estimated and exceeds expectations, but that s exactly what Basements, ***. did. We're beyond happy with our new pool deck and would wholeheartedly recommend Basements, Etc. to anyone looking for expert-level work, honest communication, and exceptional results.   We highly recommend **** and his crew. They did amazing work and transformed our basement into a wonderful family space. He was prompt when he said he would be there and all his guys were very professional. Will definitely call him again when we need other work done.

  Outstanding crew that delivered our perfect deck. You are able to see the high level of craftsmanship in every little detail. **** always kept us up to date with the progress of the project. Definitely will be our go to for our next project.

  We are very impressed with the quality and speed with which our new flooring was installed and completed. The crew are professional, efficient and very team oriented. We are thinking of engaging the company to remodel out kitchen and upstairs master bath in the future. Thank you for the excellent installation!!************

  Good job on our deck and done in a timely manner as agreed upon. Workers were very pleasant and considerate one even agreed to haul away the old wood materials that were removed when replaced by ****.The debris removal wasn't part of our original contract, so we were pleased when a worker was happy to oblige when offered some cash to take it.

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Basements Etc. on a major renovation project for my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, their team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to quality.First and foremost, the communication was outstanding. Right from our initial consultation, they took the time to understand my vision and needs. Throughout the project, they kept me informed of progress and any potential issues, ensuring there were no surprises along the way. Their transparency and responsiveness made the entire process stress-free.The craftsmanship of their work exceeded my expectations. The team upgraded several key areas of my house, including a complete kitchen remodel, bathroom renovations, and new flooring throughout. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the seamless installation of cabinetry and countertops to the perfectly aligned tiles in the bathrooms. Timeliness was another big plus. They provided a clear timeline at the outset and stuck to it, completing the project on schedule.   Very pleased with the work done to completely replace our large deck,.which is one story up. In addition to the deck itself, the project included railings and steps to the back yard below. The planking is Trex and the railings are composite. All of the old deck had to be removed. The workmen were very capable and effective. A large dumpster was brought to our driveway to dispose of the materials of the old deck. The materials, both old and new, had to be carried around the house, on the lawn, and deal with the one story grade. All necessary project activities, including ordering materials and following building code regulations, were completed by the contractor.

  Excellent job finishing our basement. Work was completed quickly (about 5 weeks), I was kept aware of the project schedule and status or any possible delays, and the few concerns I had were always addressed/fixed within a day or two at most. They'll definitely be the first place we call for our next project

  **** and his crew built a beautiful deck for us. He is very easy to work with and did the deck in great time. They cleaned everything up. His price was very reasonable. I definitely would recommend him to anyone.
